My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location is convenient, close to downtown with plenty of dining options. The rooms were decent, although a bit too warm for my liking even with the AC on. The service was friendly, but the staff could have been more attentive. Overall, a good choice if you need to be near the heart of downtown.

The hotel was conveniently located along I94 at that time, offering clean and comfortable rooms. The downside was the outdated facilities for the price paid, including old and small TVs, lack of a fridge, and minimal bedding.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and had what you would expect to find in a good hotel, but they smelled like smoke and had a dingy, musty feel. The noise level was quite high, which was a bit bothersome. On the bright side, I had a great night overall.

While some staff members were so friendly and took good care of us, others were not very friendly and were not helpful in explaining parking locations and procedures for validating parking. Additionally, housekeeping woke us up, which was a downside. We were also unaware of how to order breakfast to our room.

The location was good overall, as it was perfect for my needs. The hotel is situated on the South side overlooking the refinery, sugar beet factory, and South Side. However, it could have been better as it was a bit chilly. But it was still better than being hot.
